Exo Games 2024
The 2nd Annual Exo Games, proudly sponsored by the ET CoE, were held August 5-9, 2024. The Exo Games aim to enhance student involvement and education in the dynamic field of exo technologies. This year the Exo Games had a special focus on First Responder applications. NIST partnered with the ET CoE through a CRADA agreement to develop the underpinning metrology for exoskeletons and promote student STEM involvement.

ET CoE Exo Games 2023
The inaugural event saw five student teams from the UK, United States, Belgium and Brazil compete in designing an exoskeleton, testing it against standards and measures decided by ASTM International. Judging criteria for the physical challenges were based off the respective ASTM standards and included balance, repetitions, safety, and adherence to the Exo Games specifications.
